At Watsons Jewellers, we want you to be completely enamoured with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and bespoke manufacturing standards.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Insurance
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
